Better Bodies features a full range of classes designed to make your fitness program more fun and effective! We're always bringing new classes to our members so check back here often or consult your club to see what's new and hot!

20/20/20

Strengthen and condition your upper and lower body using kicks, punches and self defense techniques for 20 min. Then, 20 min of body toning and sculpting with weights, rubber bands and steps. Next, 20 min of intense abdominal core training. Class ends with flexibility training; a relaxing stretch!

Butts & Gutts

Focus on abdominal strength and tone while using low back stability. Get ready for tighter gluts and hips as you work these areas to fatigue.

Bodworks

Total body conditioning using tubes, balls, and weights wit cardio interval segments.

Boot Camp

Rapid results in weight loss, shaping and toning. Instructors make the experience innovative and fun with total body conditioning that is challenging, progressive and easy to follow.

Cardio Kickbox

Strengthen and condition your upper and lower body using kicks, punches and self-defense techniques.

Cycle

An intense group cycling workout. Instructor will teach you proper cycling form and technique while replicating flat roads and hill climbs of outdoor terrain.

Latin Grooves

Dance, sweat and smile. This class of low impact salsa dance is designed for any level of fitness. You will use exciting dance moves with salsa music for an entire hour and wonder where the time went!

Street Jam

Get funky as you dance for one hour and learn funky street dance and hip- hop movement. Any level welcome.

Funk

Come and get funky as you dance for one hour and learn funk dance routines and moves. Beginning and advanced participants welcome.

Pilates

A non cardio class focusing on strengthening and lengthening your entire body. This class focuses on strengthening the muscles of the back, abs and gluts.

Power Flex

A total body muscle strengthening class utilizing barbells and variable weight. Ideal for all fitness levels. No choreography.

Plyometrics

This class combines the benefit of both cardiovascular and resistance training, in a format that utilizes time intervals.

Step

High intensity, low impact movements performed on and off a step platform. Intensity level determined by riser/step height.

Yoga

Improve your strength and flexibility with yoga poses, breathing, relaxation and stretching techniques.
